This is a small selection of photography.

For Tom, photography is opportunistic. When a phenomenon, a texture and a property of light motivate, maybe then, take a photo. Or sit back in admiration of the miraculous world we are part of.

 

The gallery shown here is dominated by natural and human made layers that filter the experience of what we see. Water is an important one of these layers, in the atmosphere as mist and clouds, when it provides a sharp reflection of saturated colour, or when it provides a distorted lens to what is below.

This gallery is an opportunity to  demonstrate different ideas as they come along.
